  1. SplatMaster is a little application I wrote to draw 'splats,'
  2. which are the kind of things that one finds under words like:
  3. NEW!! and IMPROVED!! on cereal boxes and floor-wax bottles.  This
  4. program does a little more than just draw starbursts, however, and
  5. can be an interesting diversion [for a few minutes, at least].

  7. Splats can be copied to the clipboard and pasted into any draw or
  8. paint-type program.  If splats are pasted into a draw-type
  9. program, you can modify the vertices any way you g-darn well
  10. please.

  12. This program is post-card ware: if it amuses you, send me a
