  2. The SecureMail Echo Conference

  4. What it is:

  6. This is a continuing conference on the operation of the SecureMail
  7. routing system.  This conference is restricted to those who are
  8. actively engaged in the operation of SecureMail, and those who
  9. participate as guests.  The conference moderator moderates rather
  10. than controls the conference, and is a participant in the
  11. conference rather than the director of it. The Moderator will be
  12. listed in the current issue of the international ELIST.

  20. 1> Be not EXCESSIVELY annoying.
  21. 2> Be not easily annoyed, and if annoyed, get over it!

  23. Enough rules, here are some guidelines...

  25. This is a public conference.  The restrictions placed upon the
  26. distribution of this echo have not been put into effect to provide
  27. a secret or subversive environment, and it shall not be used for
  28. such purposes.  All communications entered into this conference
  29. are to be done as if they were posted for anyone to view.  If you
  30. have a desire to make statements which you would not do openly in
  31. public, take it to NetMail!

  33. The discussion of subjects applicable to our operation is
  34. encouraged, brief discussions of subjects loosely associated may
  35. be tolerated, the discussion of irrelevant subjects should be
  36. conducted elsewhere.

  38. Routing changes and map corrections should be made in this Echo as
  39. soon as practicable for all concerned. Changes in functional
  40. hierarchy will be posted here.
