  1. Read this license agreement before installing this program.  This
  2. agreement is a legal contract between you, the end user, and
  3. Moobasi, Inc. ("Moobasi") governing your use of this software
  4. program ("Software").  Completing this installation indicates
  5. your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  This agreement
  6. shall also be binding on any subsequent, authorized licensee.  If
  7. you do not wish to agree to the terms of this agreement, hit D at
  8. the end of this license to negate the license.  You should
  9. promptly return the software then, and your money will be
  10. refunded.  This Software is copyrighted 1994 by Moobasi, Inc.

  14. Moobasi grants you the right to use the Software on any computer
  15. system, granted that no effort is made to modify, destroy, or
  16. otherwise change the copyright notice or any credits.  You may
  17. copy the Software.  The new recipient of the Software and
  18. accompanying materials accepts this Agreement and is licensed
  19. under the terms of this Agreement upon initially using the
  20. Software.

  22.              LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

  24. Moobasi warrants the diskette(s) on which the Software is
  25. furnished, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
  26. under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date
  27. of the invoice.  Moobasi will replace, at no charge, defective
  28. media and product materials that are returned within ninety (90)
  29. days from the date of the invoice.  If you report, in writing, a
  30. significant defect to Moobasi, and Moobasi is unable to correct
  31. it within ninety (90) days of the date you report the defect, you
  32. may return the Software and accompanying materials and Moobasi
  33. will refund the purchase price.  By typing A to agree to this
  34. agreement when prompted, you agree that the only remedy available
  35. to you will be a refund of the purchase price of this Software.

  37. Except as expressly set forth above, the Software is provided to
  38. you "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or
  39. implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
  40. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  In no
  41. event will Moobasi be liable to you for any damages, whether
  42. direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of the
  43. use or inability to use the Software, even if Moobasi has been
  44. advised of the possibility of such damages.  Some jurisdictions
  45. do not allow for the exclusion of implied warranties or the
  46. exclusion or limitation or liability as specified herein.  In
  47. this event, the maximum exclusions permitted under applicable law
  48. will be deemed to apply.
