  7.                TeleShare/DOS is an ASP member Shareware product.

  12.           This file provides information for Shareware Distributors,
  13.           Disk Vendors BBS sysops and Computer Clubs who wish to
  14.           distribute TeleShare.  Teleshare is the most comprehensive
  15.           known shareware remote support product.
  16.  
  17.           For sample descriptions which you may use to describe the
  18.           product please refer to the Introduction in the TELE.TXT text
  19.           file.  The README.TXT has a file listing with descriptions.
  20.           The FILE_ID.DIZ has an abbreviated BBS oriented description.

  22.           Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add the product to
  23.           their disk library may do so in accordance with the
  24.           Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  26.           ASP Approved Vendors in good standing are hereby given
  27.           permission to distribute the product.  Please notify P. C.
  28.           Softsmith if you are distributing the product.  Don't ask just
  29.           inform us, perferably over the internet.

  31.           Other Vendors:  P.C. Softsmith policy is that its products may
  32.           be carried by any vendor that meets or exceeds ASP standards.
  33.           If you 'protect' your customers and software authors to
  34.           ASP-like standards you have permission to carry P.C. Softsmith
  35.           products.  Please inform us if you would like updated
  36.           software.

  39.           The complete list of included files is changing with ongoing
  40.           additions and options.  If you perceive that the set that you
  41.           have 'in hand' is incomplete, please contact us to obtain more
  42.           material and/or complete product suitable for use and
  43.           distribution.

  45.           Additions to the product, such as any product that uses
  46.           TeleShare for optional support are welcome.  You may
  47.           distribute core portions of TeleShare with its documentation
  48.           along with your product or products that you perceive can
  49.           benefit from shared distribution and use.

  51.           No price or other compensation may be charged for selling the
  52.           product without prior arrangement.  However, a distribution
  53.           fee may be charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping and
  54.           handling, as long as the total (per disk) meets industry
  55.
