  8. Fast Encrypt is the latest, state-of-the-art encryption/decryption system.  
  9. It is secure enough to protect even the most sensitive data, yet fast enough
  10. for everyday use, perfect for business use where time is everything!  It is 
  11. significantly faster than RSA, and most DES programs due to the fact it was 
  12. written totally in 386 Assembler. Fast Encrypt supports externally saved 
  13. internal keys for even faster encryption/decryption of files using the 
  14. same key.

  16. The method of encryption is based on the well known and understood DES
  17. algorithm, however Fast Encrypt uses 128 bit keys versus DES's 56 bit keys.
  18. This provides protection that is orders of magnitude greater than 
  19. DES; encryption strong enough to withstand attacks from the world's most 
  20. powerfull supercomputers.  But, at the same time, faster than most packages
  21. available.  This is, by far, the best overall encryption system.

  24. Fast Encrypt now includes full command line support for ease of use.  Now
  25. you can spend even LESS time encrypting/decrypting your files.  Works great
  26. from .BAT files.  The encryption/decryption algorithm has also been made a
  27. bit faster.
