  4. LooDisk is a disk utility with a DOS window interface with support mouse
  5. and/or keyboard. Push buttons may be activated by mouse or by pressing
  6. the highlighted character.

  18. - SEARCH FILES:
  19.   Fast file finder. 
  20.  
  21. - SEARCH MULTIPLE FILES BY NAME:
  22.   This function finds all files with identical names.
  23.  
  24. - SEARCH MULTIPLE FILES BY CONTENT:
  25.   This function finds all files with identical contents.
  26.  
  27. - SEARCH TEXT:
  28.   Finds any text in any file. Options:
  29.   - Ascii or hex text
  30.   - case sensitive or case insensitive search
  31.   - search by word
  32.   - dislay only first found line or every found line
  33.  
  34. For all above mentioned functions it is possible to enter following
  35. search parameters:
  36.   - up to 3 filenames to search  (with wildcards '*', '?')
  37.   - up to 3 filenames to be excluded from search (with wildcards)
  38.   - file attributes (read-only, system, archive, hidden)
  39.   - >, < or = a file date 
  40.   - >,< or = a file size
  41.   - drives to be scanned (select one or multiple drives)
  42.   - path to be scanned
  43.   
  44. After the disks have been scanned you may scroll thru the list of found
  45. files/duplicates and viewing, deleting or starting any of the files. 
  46. The list can be printed or saved to disk.

  48. Additional LookDisk features:

  50. - SHOW DISK FREE SPACE:   
  51.   Displays for every disk the total space and the free space in bytes.
  52.  
  53. - SHOW RESULTS:
  54.   Displays the list of found files/duplicates from a former search.

  56. - OPTIONS:
  57.   For viewing files you may use your favorite program. If you do not 
  58.   specify a program the internal LookDisk file browser will be used.

  60. - Field entries are saved between sessions

  67. You are encouraged to copy and share the program freely with others.
  68. If you like LookDisk and mantain it as one of your utilities you must
  69. obtain a registered version. A registered copy of LookDisk is US $ 15

  80. - Harddisk with min. 1 MB of free space for temporary files
  81. - color monitor
  82. - DOS >= version 3.3
  83. - about 400 KB of free RAM

  88. Copy the file LD.EXE to a directory on your harddisk.
