  112. The installation procedure for CRUSH is very simple.  The package
  113. includes a program, "INSTALL.BAT", which copies all the files to a
  114. specified directory. You will need 114k for all the distribution files
  115. or about 35k for the basic essential CRUSH and UNCRUSH files.
