  16.           The Teleshare remote support system enables you to run one
  17.           P.C. from another over the telephone.  The design is modular
  18.           and flexible in that you can use it in various ways:
  19.  
  20.           You can use it as an ADD-IN to Telix/Procomm/Bananacom ... for
  21.           basic remote support capability.  Do dialing and file
  22.           transfers with Telix or Panther or the like, and run the other
  23.           PC with TeleShare.
  24.  
  25.           You can add minimal portions of TeleShare for remote support.
  26.           The minimum diskspace footprint can be 10-20K with a similar
  27.           RAM footprint.  The licensing scheme encourages you to throw a
  28.           basic copy onto any disk set that you distribute (for disk
  29.           vendors, software developers, support people, ...) It can save
  30.           a lot of support time and money.  Think about it.

  32.           Finally, you can treat it like a conventional Remote Access or
  33.           Support package and install the whole thing in its own
  34.           directory.  The complete package offers a choice of dialers,
  35.           and works with a range of external file transfer protocols.

  38.           The main distribution format comes in two forms:

  40.           1   A 1 360K disk set.  A minimal ADD-IN distribution.
  41.  
  42.           2   One 3 1/2" or 1.2 meg 5 1/4"  diskette.
  43.               Some call this a megadisk distribution.
