  2.                  TRIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. Grant of  License: You are granted limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable,
  5. royalty-free license to use the Micrografx product on a single CPU residing
  6. on your premises for thirty (30) days. All other rights are reserved to
  7. Micrografx. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
  8. product except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited
  9. by applicable law. Micrografx and its suppliers shall retain title and all
  10. ownership rights to the product.

  12. Disclaimer of Warranty: This product is provided "as is" without warranty of
  13. any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Micrografx
  14. further disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any implied 
  15. warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
  16. noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of
  17. this product and documentation remains with the recipient. To the maximum 
  18. extent permitted by applicable law,in no event shall Micrografx or its 
  19. suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, 
  20. special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
  21. damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  22. information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this agreement or use of
  23. or inability to use the product, even if Micrografx has been advised of the
  24. possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow
  25. the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental
  26. damages, the above limitation may not apply to recipient.

  28. Copyright: The SOFTWARE is owned by Micrografx or its suppliers and is
  29. protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
  30. You may not copy written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.

  32. Export Administration: Distribution of this product is made subject to the
  33. United States Export Administration Act, as amended, and you understand
  34. that any redistribution of the product is prohibited, and that your use
  35. of the product hereunder is subject to the provisions of such Act.
