The battle sites of the Northwest Rebellion are shown on this map. The paths taken by the government troops are shown in red for Middleton's column, yellow for Otter's, and green for Strange's. During June, Middleton, Otter, Strange and Irvine led their men in the search north of the North Saskatchewan River, for Big Bear and his captives.
