A North Piegan Blackfoot, this chief wears traditional dress. Instead of leather fringe the Blackfoot liked to use white weasel skins along shirt sleeves and leggings. The black painted stripes on his buckskin leggings refer to the owner's war record; the tadpole designs painted on the shirt indicate its sacred nature and association with a medicine bundle.
