The reeling-machine is part of the equipment required for working with wool. Consisting of a horizontal axle which pivots with four spokes, each in the form of a double-T, it serves to pint into skeins the wool spun by the spinning-wheel. It is constructed with mortise and tenon joints, then pegged together. (right photo)
