  7. EraseDisk    A small, fast program used to erase a disk by setting all
  8.         bits on the disk to zero.  Version 0.92, an update to version

  12. MountShare    Allows you to reuse the loaded code from one device for other
  13.         devices that are applicable.  Using MountShare, you specify a
  14.         master device whose handler will be reused by other devices.

  17. OwnDevUnit    A package that provides an extended locking mechanism for a
  18.         device/unit pair that makes using programs like getty much
  19.         easier.  Getty is a program that sits on the serial port

  21.         program can request that getty temporarily release the serial
  22.         port.  Version 2.1, an update to version 2.0 on disk 577.

  26. P-Animate    A full 3D Animation program for producing animations in Anim5
  27.         format, with emphasis on live characters rather than inanimate

  33. P-Compress    A compression program that produces smaller files faster than
  34.         any other current general-purpose cruncher, using LZH com-
  35.         pression algorithms.  Can handle single files, whole drawers,
  36.         disks, or selected files or types of file within drawers and
  37.         disks.  Includes compression and decompression object files
  38.         which can be linked to your own programs to allow them to
  39.         access and output data in LZH format.  Version 2.3, an update
  40.         to version 2.1 on disk 595, with substantial enhancements.

  44. P-FixLib    A new P-Suite utility that diverts calls to DOS library so
  45.         that P-Compressed files are decompressed before being opened

  48.         doubles the capacity of your disks.  Version 1.2, freeware,

  86.         update to version 1.3c on disk 551.  Shareware, binary only.

  89. bBaseII        A simple database program using an intuition interface.
  90.         Stores, sorts and searches for information.  Limited to
  91.         9 fields in each record.  Features include fast sorting,

  93.         it's really easy to use.  This is version 5.32, which fixes
  94.         some bugs which crept into version 5.3 on disk 609.  Binary
  95.         only.

  98. Brain        A small multitasking game which is made for entertainment
  99.         during compiling/linking.  Your task is to create a formation
  100.         of numbers from 1 to 4 given randomly by the computer.  If you
  101.         click on an empty plot, a '1' will appear and all neighbours
  102.         will raise their numbers by one.  Version 1.01, includes
  103.         source.

  105.  
  106. Burf        A BackUp ReFresher written in Rexx.  Designed to maintain
  107.         backups of important directories between full volume backups.
  108.         Copies only new and modified files, using either archive flags
  109.         or date comparison.  Can optionally delete from the backup any
  110.         files and subdirectories not found in the original.  This is
  111.         version 1.00.

  114. Elements    Very nice interactive display of the the Periodic Table of
  115.         Elements.  Includes general row and column information, plus
  116.         a test mode where the program asks specific questions about
  117.         the selected element or row/column.  This is version 3.0, an
  118.         update to version 2.3b on disk 593.  Now is completely Amiga-
  119.         DOS 2.0 conformant.  Path and language information are config-
  120.         urable from the icon, uses 2.0 proportional fonts, can be
  121.         opened on a public screen, and includes German and Swedish
  122.         name files.  Shareware, binary only.

  125. Notify        A suite of Rexx programs that can be used to issue messages or
  126.         run commands automatically on certain days and/or at certain
  127.         times of day.  Facilities are provided for the adding, editing
  128.         and deleting of messages, and for displaying the times and
  129.         texts of pending messages.  A chime program is included to
  130.         enable the time to be announced at regular intervals.  This is
  131.         version 1.02, an update to version 1.01 on disk 603.

  145. AniMan        AniMan combines Amiga animation, speech synthesis, and voice
  146.         recognition, to provide you with an animated talking head
  147.         that will run any Amiga program by voice command.  Ask for
  148.         an Amiga program by name, and AniMan will oblige.  If AniMan
  149.         becomes impatient, you may be insulted.  AniMan will also
  150.         recite poetry if you ask nicely.  This is Version 2.1 of Ani-
  151.         Man, which requires only 512K chip memory and supports both
  152.         the Perfect Sound 3 or Sound Master (Sound Magic) audio digi-
  153.         tizers.  AniMan is like nothing you've ever seen before.

  199. 2View        2View is an ILBM picture viewer for use under Workbench
  200.         2.0.  It supports all standard Amiga graphics modes, SHAM,
  201.         MacroPaint-style dynamic hires, color cycling, ARexx, and
  202.         both the CLI and Workbench.  A list of files to display can
  203.         be given, or each filename can be specified individually.
  204.         Each picture can be shown for a specified period of time or
  205.         until the user clicks the left mouse button.  Version 1.50,
  206.         an upgrade to version 1.11 on disk 546. Includes source.

  209. DSound        DSound is an 8SVX sound sample player that plays samples
  210.         directly off a hard drive, without having to load the
  211.         entire sample into memory first, making it possible to play
  212.         samples of any length even under limited memory condition.

  214.         and playing a mono sample out of both left and right
  215.         channels.  In addition, DSound can now be made resident.

  230.         activities and changes the color during booting to show that

  390. MungWall    Munges memory and watches for illegal FreeMem's.  Especially
  391.         useful in combination with Enforcer.  Output can go to either

  394.         outputs a list of who owns the various pieces of allocated
  395.         memory, their sizes, etc.  Can even identify the owner of the
