  3. This is disk 40 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.

  5. Note that many of the programs on this disk are shareware/freeware.
  6. This means that if you find them useful, you are morally obligated
  7. to send a small donation to the author to help support his efforts and
  8. fund further development.  I hope that by including them in this
  9. library I have furthered the author's goals of widest possible
  10. distribution and thus maximum return.  Also note (for those that
  11. like to split hairs) that I am distributing this disk as a "freebee".

  15. Ahost        Amiga terminal emulator featuring ANSI terminal emulation,

  90.         multiple object processing, adjectives, automatic
  91.         ambiguity resolution, and subordinate clauses.  The
  92.         parser includes support for one, two, or three-word verbs,
  93.         and a full set of object-manipulation primitives.

  134. This is disk 42 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.

  137.     This diskette contains the Amiga version of MicroGNUEmacs (MG),
  138.     a small but powerful text editor that runs on many other computer
  139.     systems besides the Amiga.  One of MG's major goals is to be
  140.     compatible with its cousin GNU Emacs, so certain features you
  141.     may have seen in other versions of MicroEmacs may work differently
  142.     here, or not exist.  Hopefully, you'll find the added features MG
  143.     provides to be worth the trouble it takes to make the switch.

  307.         object).  This program demonstrates goal directed
  308.         animation with a simulated 3-dimensional robot arm.

  354.         to low memory, it repairs it to what used to be there,

  356.         done.  Very useful!

  359. Profiler    A realtime execution profiler for Manx 3.30E.  Using this
  360.         you can identify what sections of your program are using
  361.         the most time, or being executed the most, and optimize
  362.         as appropriate.  I was able to double the speed of some

  370. Cycloids    An updated version of the hypocycloids (electronic

  374. DirUtil        An enhanced version of the dirutil from disk number 35.
  375.         Dirutil is a program to wander around a directory tree
  376.         and perform various operations on files.  See README file

  380. Multidef    A program to scan a collection of object and library
  381.         files and identify multiply defined symbols.  This is
  382.         useful to locate subtle problems where user defined

  386. MyUpdate    A disk update utility that also provides support for
  387.         automatically stripping comments from C header files
  388.         and for interactive verification on a per file basis.

  398. QMouse        A program to query the status of the left mouse button
  399.         and return a status code.  The return code can be used
  400.         as a WARN condition in a CLI execute file to alter 
  401.         execution.  Also includes a separate program to toggle
  402.         interlace on and off.  Both are written in assembler and
  403.         are very small.

  406. Touch        A simple command to set the date of a file to the
  407.         current date.  Uses new supported method of setting
  408.         a file datestamp (rather than reading and writing
  409.         back a byte).
