  7. Browser        A programmer's "Workbench".  Allows you to easily and
  8.         conveniently move, copy, rename, and delete files &
  9.         directories from a CLI environment.  Also provides a
  10.         method to execute either Workbench or CLI programs.

  12.         binary only.

  15. GeoTime        A couple of interesting "clock" type programs based on the 
  16.         "Geochron".  Observe the earth's shadow scroll across
  17.         a map or globe in real-time, based on the system clock.

  21. GPrint        A black & white graphics print utility for Epson compatible
  22.         printers. (The author's letter to me was quite impressive!)
  23.         Command-line options allow several different print qualities

  29.         user-friendly.  Features word-wrap, auto-indent, newcli,

  34. NoVirus        Another Anti-Virus utility.  This one features known and

  61.         version completely lacks sound effects, which shall

  127. Mklib        Another example of building a shared library that 
  128.         evolved from "Elib" on disk number 87.  Also included
  129.         is a library, Edlib, which contains several functions
  130.         not included in the Manx standard libraries.  Includes

  133.              different authors

  135. PCQ        A subset implementation of a freely-redistributable
  136.         Pascal compiler.  Supports include files, external
  137.         references, records, enumerated types, pointers, arrays,
  138.             strings and more.  Presently does not support range
  139.         types, the 'with' statement or sets.  Version 1.0,
  140.         includes source and sample programs.

  189. This is disk 185 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.

  191. This is a copy of the official November 1988 Commodore IFF disk, sent
  192. to me directly by Commodore for inclusion in the library.  The only
  193. changes I made were:
  194.  
  195.     (1)    Placed all the files in the "documents" directory
  196.         into a zoo file "documents.zoo" to free up enough
  197.         space to add my normal distribution files and icons.
  198.         Some of the files on the disk were already in zoo 
  199.         format anyway, so this seems like a minor alteration.
  200.  
  201.     (2)    Changed the file "AboutThisRelease" to reflect the
  202.         zoo'ing of the documents.
  203.  
  204.     (3)    Rearranged the icons to make room for my additional
  205.         icons.

  213. A68k        A 68000 assembler originally written in Modula-2 in
  214.         1985 and converted to C by Charlie Gibb in 1987.  Has
  215.         been converted to accept metacomco-compatible assembler

  217.         This is version 2.42, an update to the version on disk 110.

  221. Cards'O'Rama    A simple game that let's you push your memory.  It is played
  222.         with a deck of 32 cards, grouped in 16 pairs.  The cards are
  223.         shuffled and then displayed at the beginning of each game.
  224.         Your goal is to pick up as many pairs as you can, until 
  225.         there are no cards left on the screen.  Version 1.0,
  226.         includes source.

  229. Qt2        A cute program that gives the time the way many people
  230.         actually do, I.E. "it's nearly ten to five".  Includes
  231.         source in assembly.

  235.         along with H19 terminal emulation.  Includes source.

  248.         bug fixes and more reliable measurements of the faster

  253. HackLite    This is the latest version the Amiga port of Hack,
  254.         with lots of Amiga specific enhancements and neat
  255.         graphics.  Now includes an easy to use installation

  259. Mackie        A versatile cli/macro-key initiator based on POPCLI with
  260.         a unique method    of "screen-blanking".  I won't say more,

  265. SetCPU        A program designed to allow the user to detect and modify
  266.         various parameters related to 32 bit CPUs.  Includes
  267.         commands to enable or disable the text/data caches,
  268.         switch on or off the '030 burst cache line fill request,
  269.         use the MMU to run a ROM image from 32-bit memory, and
  270.         to report various parameters when called from a script.
  271.         This is version 1.4, includes source.

  281.         disk, which will appear after you insert the disk for
  282.         booting.  The headline can be up to 20 characters.  The
  283.         scrolling text portion can be up to 225 characters.

  287. DiffDir        Diffdir compares the contents of two directories, reporting
  288.         on differences such as files present in only one directory,
  289.         different modification dates, file flags, sizes, comments,

  293. ExecDis        A disassembler comment generator program for the 1.2
  294.         Kickstart ROM exec library image.  Generates a commented
  295.         disassembly of the exec library.  Version 1.0, binary only.

  298. FastGro        A fractal program, simulating Diffusion-Limited Aggregation
  299.         (DLA) as described in the December 1988 Scientific American
  300.         in the Computer Recreations column.  This program is about
  301.         an order of magnitude faster than the "SLO GRO" program
  302.         described in Scientific American.  Version 1.0, includes
  303.         source.

  306. FracGen        A fractal generator program that generates fractal
  307.         pictures from "seeds" that you create.  This is
  308.         unlike any of the other "fractal generators" I've
  309.         seen.  It can be used to load and display previously
  310.         created fractal pictures, modify existing fractals,
  311.         or create your own fractals.  Version 1.23, binary
  312.         only, update to version on disk 142.

  315. MemoryClock    A clock program that shows the amount of free fast ram,
  316.         free chip ram, as well as the time and date.  Includes
  317.         source in assembly code.

  320. MinRexx        A simple ARexx interface which can be easily patched into
  321.         almost any program.  Includes as an example the freedraw
  322.         program from disk number 1.  Includes source.

  325. Null        A new dos device that behaves like "NIL:" but unlike
  326.         "NIL:", it is a real handler.  This makes it useful
  327.         in lots of situations where "NIL:" cannot be used.

  355. Uedit        Version 2.4g of this nice shareware editor.  Has learn
  356.         mode, a command language, menu customization, and other
  357.         user configurability and customizability features.
  358.         Binary only, shareware, replaces beta 2.4g version
  359.         on disk 173.
