  7. SuperEcho    A neat program to be used with Perfect Sound-like audio
  8.         digitizers that generates LIVE audio effects, including
  9.         Echos, Deep Voice, Squeaky Voice, Many People, M-M-Max
  10.         Headroom and much more.  Binary only.

  13. TACL        An adventure player for games written with The Adventure
  14.         Construction Language, a commercial computer language.
  15.         Includes two sample games; one is text-only and the other
  16.         is text-graphic.  Binary only, plus the TACL source code
  17.         that was used to write the graphic adventure.

  20. TitleGen    A simple script language program for generating vertically
  21.         crawling title sequences in any font and up to 500 lines

  26.         disabling the Xeno virus in all executable files that it

  36. Aquarium    A program for searching through a special database
  37.         containing information about the contents of the
  38.         library, in order to find programs that match a
  39.         specified list of conditions.  Includes a database
  40.         of disks 1-300, and a program to add the contents
  41.         of future disks to the database.  Binary only.

  44. IffLib        A ready-to-use library to perform various manipulations
  45.         on IFF files.  Includes a sample IFF viewer and a utility
  46.         to save the front screen as an IFF file.  This is version
  47.         16.1, an update to version 15.3 on disk 173, and includes
  48.         a couple of bug fixes and some new features.  Binary only.

  51. UeditUpdate    This is a partial update to the 2.5d version of Uedit on
  52.         disk 286.  It includes only the UES executable, which has
  53.         had patches d1 through d4 applied.  Disk 286 is still needed

  63. Chop        A program which uses a hotkey to chop a displayed screen
  64.         down to a temporary maximum of 4 planes in lo-res or 2
  65.         planes in hi-res, allowing the processor full speed access
  66.         to chip memory.  Only the displayed screen is affected, the
  67.         program painting the screen continues to work with the full
  68.         color palette.  Unchoping the screen puts everything back
  69.         to normal.  Version 1.0, binary only.

  72. DiskTalk    A cute little program, like "muncho" on disk 137, which
  73.         plays digitized sound samples when you insert or remove a
  74.         floppy disk.  Samples are saved as IFF sound files.

  103.         and start them in a user friendly way.  Version 2.5,

  107. TurboMandel    A fast mandelbrot program, written in a mix of C and
  108.         assembly language.  You can select between using floating
  109.         point or integer calculation.  Other features include a
  110.         full intuition interface, cycling capabilities, extensive
  111.         color control, a user definable iteration depth, fully
  112.         implemented zoom, a 3-D display mode, support for extra
  113.         halfbrite as well as interlace and hires, IFF load and
  114.         save, accuracy selections, and more.  Version 1.0,
  115.         includes source in assembly and C.

  125. CPM        A program to compute mandelbrots via the Continous
  126.         Potential Method, as described in the book "The Science
  127.         of Fractal Images" by H. O. Pietgen and D. Saupe.  It is
  128.         used to make 3-dimensional pictures of the mandelbrot
  129.         set.  This is a batch mode type program so several images
  130.         can be generated, one after the other, without any human
  131.         interaction.  Includes source.

  134. DEM        A program to compute mandelbrots via the Distance Estimator
  135.         Method, as described in the book "The Science of Fractal
  136.         Images" by H. O. Pietgen and D. Saupe.  It is used to make
  137.         high resolution black-and-white images.  This is a batch
  138.         mode type program so several images can be generated, one
  139.         after the other, without any human interaction.  Includes
  140.         source.

  144.         described in the August, 1989, issue of Scientific American.
