Vandierendonck, [AmiSYS]. o Fast search routine, especially when dealing with multiple search strings. o Supports normal text searching, wildcard searching, context remembering and word-only searching. Upto twenty contexts can be remembered . o Both text files and binary files can be processed. o All ASCII codes can be used in the search or replace string. o Each replace command can be indiviudally defined to search case- sensitive or non-case-sensitive. o Supports both static and dynamic TAB by space replaces. o Using program variables allows you to insert in the replace string (and limited in the searchstring): files, dates, times, path and name of the source and destination file. The entire source file can be loaded into memory to speed up memory. o Over twenty ready to use program scripts are supplied. They include stripping of source comments, converting text files between different computer systems, converting AmigaGuide files to normal text files, automatic source version updating, etc.
