  5. I've decided on the following price schedule, until it becomes more clear
  6. exactly what the actual demand for CD-ROM's will be.  Depending upon the
  7. actual demand after the first two or three Fresh Fish CD-ROM's, the price
  8. may be adjusted either up or down.  Customers with existing accounts at the
  9. time of a rate change will always receive the lowest available rate, either
  10. the rate in affect at the time of the order or the rate at the time of
  11. shipment, whichever is lower.  So order now at $19.95 and always get the
  12. best rate.

  14.     o    $19.95 per CD-ROM, plus shipping and handling, for any CD-ROM
  15.     preordered before the CD-ROM master for that CD-ROM is committed
  16.     to production.
  17.  
  18.     o    $29.95 per CD-ROM, plus shipping and handling, for any CD-ROM
  19.     ordered after the master for that CD-ROM is committed to
  20.     production.  Availability cannot be guaranteed, and is on a
  21.     "first come first served" basis.

  23.     o    Shipping and handling is $3 per CD-ROM for domestic USA first
  24.     class mail shipments and $5 per CD-ROM for overseas airmail
  25.     shipments.  Special arrangements such as Federal Express are
  26.     available for a $10 special handling fee, plus actual shipping
  27.     charges.  For orders of multiple copies of CD-ROM's, such that
  28.     more than one CD-ROM would be shipped in a single package
  29.     (ordering 6 copies of each CD-ROM for example), instead of
  30.     using $3 or $5 per CD-ROM, use $3 or $5 per set, or partial
  31.     set, of 4 CD-ROM's as follows:

  63. Be sure to state in your order which CD-ROM's you want and include the
  64. appropriate shipping and handling as indicated above.  As with the floppy
  65. distributions, funds not immediately used will go into an escrow account
  66. (fully refundable at any time), to be charged against as CD-ROM's are
  67. shipped.

  69. If you already have an account for the floppy distribution, you can
  70. transfer to the CD-ROM account, and automatically switch over to the CD-ROM
  71. distribution, by simply notifying me that this is what you'd like to do.

  73. I can now accept MasterCard or VISA orders.  If you are preordering
  74. CD-ROM's that are not yet available, please include a statement with your
  75. order that you agree to have the charge made to your card before delivery
  76. of the CD-ROM's, subject to full refund on demand of any unused portion.
  77. If you FAX in an order to be paid by credit card, please sign it somewhere.
