Before Super Trash will run, TrashWork MUST have been seen by the filer.
To use this program when you start up your computer, simply create a new Desktop Boot file
while Super Trah is running. All the work is then done for you.
This program functions exactly as Trash Can does on the Mac (I prefer the Arc though!).
You drag a file to the icon to delete it whether it is locked or not. If Immediate is not
ticked, it wil be moved into the trash directory, where it can be deleted at another time.
This is useful if you own a hard disc. To empty the trash, click on the empty menu option.
To view the trash currently stored, click with Select on the icon, and to close the trash
window, click with Adjust on the icon. Alternatively you can type *OpenTrash or *CloseTrash.
In the Stastics window, there is a Max Size icon. If you enter a size in this, when the
trash directory reaches this size, you will be asked whether you wish to delete the trash.
I have included this as I often had a trash directory up to two megabytes in size, which
fills up the hard disc. Setting a value of 0 turns off the checking.
This programs is better than others as when you drag a file/directory to the iconbar, Trash Can attempts to rename it first, thus saving a lot of time - itdoes not have to read the
data in and then write it back again. Trash Can will do this though if it cannot be renamed (on another filing system). This saves a lot of time when using floppy discs.
Every time a file is trashed, the directory is counted, which gives an up-to-date value of
the amount of space the files trashed are taking up.
Known Bugs
----------
If Super Trash is loaded in a high-res mode, and then change to a low-res mode, the fonts
do not recognise this and become ultra big. This works both ways - low-res to high-res.
When the Trash is emptied, sometimes the stats window says the trash is 1 byte big.

Super Trash has frequent version upgrades, it is wise to upgrade to the latest one every
month or so.
