  7. The purpose of this program is to load up new wimp sprites or tool sprites
  8. quickly, without the need to go to the command line and start to type out 
  9. long commands. It is good for testing out new sets of tools or icons.
  10.  
  11. Run it by double-clicking on it. It will install its icon on the icon bar.  
  12. By clicking on the icon with SELECT, it will change mode, between Iconsprites 
  13. and Toolsprites ('I' or 'T' differenciates between the two modes on the icon).

  15. Drag a sprite file to the icon to perform the loading of the sprite file to 
  16. the Wimp Sprite Pool. If it is in Toolsprites mode, then the program expects 
  17. a new set of tools to be loaded. This is useful if you have created some new 
  18. tools for your desktop or have a collection which you are testing out.

  20. If it is in Iconsprites mode then it expects an icon for a program to be 
  21. loaded. This is useful if you hare in the process of changing a program's 
  22. icon, and want to see it in every stage of development in its proper place.

  24. The Config file inside the program can be changed to enable redrawing the 
  25. screen and the default mode for SpriteUtils to start up in.
