  4.   29-06-1993 : v1.00     Test version

  6.   16-07-1993 : v1.01     Fixed a few minor bugs:
  7.                            - No Wimp_CloseTemplate was used (Oops!)
  8.                            - Wimp_Initialise is called with a Wimp version
  9.                              number of 300 and R3 is used to select messages
  10.                            - Uses Wimp_PollIdle now instead of Wimp_Poll
  11.  
  12.   01-08-1993 : v1.02     A few more improvements:
  13.                            - Dragging a textfile or clicking on the iconbar
  14.                              icon will now open the window on top of all
  15.                              other windows. This was not the case until now.
  16.                            - Stripped the code for handle User_Message_
  17.                              Acknowledge, because I realised that I didn't
  18.                              need that.
  19.                            - Wrote a !Help file to make this program
  20.                              understandable for other people.
