  4.    Archway runtime is copyright and may be distributed with this, but not    used in a non-Archway user's code.
  5.    Presently uses v. 2.00 runtime - put in later 'Kernel', 'Files_f',        'Modules' and 'Database_d' directories from later !ArchSys's for improvement.
