  38.   misprints following a font change.

  40.   2. Too many font changes overflowed the font stack without detection. If the
  41.   font stack fills up now, the bottom half of it gets thrown away.

  43.  *3. $- in cover page inserts an en-dash.

  45.   4. Corrected brainstorm: disqualification shown as "disq." and not "disc." !

  70.   when windows deleted and re-created as a result of a structure change. Could
