  4. In the legal declaration below, "This Product" is defined to be all the
  5. files within the original archive

  9. This version of this product is 'freeware'.  My definition of 'freeware': 
  10. This means that the author retains copyright over the product, but allows
  11. unlimited distribution except:

  15.  iii) This Product may not be distributed as part of a non-free
