  18.  !PhonNotes (Phone Notes) is a program designed to allow
  19. you to take notes on the phone easily. You simply load
  20. !PhonNotes, at which point it will install itself on the
  21. icon bar. Clicking on the icon will produce a window where
  22. you can enter the name of the person you are talking to,
  23. and the subject of the note. Clicking "Create" will cause
  24. the note to be created, and a window will open for the
  25. currently used text editor. (either the currently loaded
  26. one, or the one the filer has last seen. If you're using
  27. RO2, and no editor has been seen, then the file will
  28. simply scroll past on-screen. Another reason to upgrade!)

  30.  Now type whatever text you want to enter, and close&save
  31. the document as normal. DO NOT EDIT THE NAME, as this may
  32. cause !PhonNotes to lose track of the document.

  34.  Now the note is saved. To retrieve it, open the PhonNotes
  35. menu, and select "Notes". A window will appear. Clicking
  36. "Next" and "Previous" will scroll through the notes. "Open"
  37. will open the note into the current text editor for reading,
  38. saving elsewhere, ect. "Delete" will delete the note. "Go
  39. to..." will open a window allowing you to type a note number
  40. to go to. It's that simple!

  42.  When you exit PhonNotes, the current note details are saved.
  43. If the computer crashes, then the details will not save. To
  44. retrieve notes if this happens, open the !PhonNotes.Notes
  45. directory and extract the text files inside. You may delete
  46. them, or leave them as they will be later overwritten by the
  47. program.
