  1. usage: cjpeg [switches] inputfile outputfile
  2. Switches (names may be abbreviated):
  3.   -quality N     Compression quality (0..100; 5-95 is useful range)
  4.   -grayscale     Create monochrome JPEG file
  5.   -optimize      Optimize Huffman table (smaller file, but slow compression)
  6.   -targa         Input file is Targa format (usually not needed)
  7. Switches for advanced users:
  8.   -restart N     Set restart interval in rows, or in blocks with B
  9.   -smooth N      Smooth dithered input (N=1..100 is strength)
  10.   -maxmemory N   Maximum memory to use (in kbytes)
  11.   -verbose  or  -debug   Emit debug output
  12. Switches for wizards:
  13.   -qtables file  Use quantization tables given in file
  14.   -sample HxV[,...]  Set JPEG sampling factors
