  15. Messed around with the file accessing but completely broke it.

  49. Added support for gcc in the form of a recompiled library f2c_gcc.
  50. The library should be linked with the unixlib and gcc libraries NOT stubs.

  55. Have had some criticism that f2c does not handle UNFORMATED output. (What?)
