  2. WIMP Based Stereo Balance

  9.   This program will only be useful to you if you :
  10.    
  11.   1). have a pair of EXTERNAL speakers attached to your Archimedes.
  12.   2). regularly play interrupt based music, such as Tracker Modules.
  13.  
  14.   When run, a fixed size window is presented, with 4 bars, and a toggle
  15.   icon.  The Bars represent the current stereo balance position, by clicking
  16.   the mouse anywhere along one of these bars you can change that setting.
  17.   Note the relevance of the colours - see icon. RED for LEFT, GREEN for
  18.   RIGHT speaker.

  20.   There's an option to switch off the Internal speaker by using the toggle
  21.   icon at the bottom of the window.

  32.   At a later date I propose to improve the handling - proper sliders, with
  33.   drag control (rather than clicks), and an overall volume control.Possibly 
  34.   a resizable window ?
