  4. This program converts an Absolute, Utility or Raw file into a Relocatable
  5. module, you can specify the help and Syntax Strings, maximum and minimum
  6. parameter counts, and Even the command to use.

  8. Floppy users may find this useful for use with ANSI-C or Aasm since you can
  9. convert to a module and have your compilers available in memory for quicker
  10. compilation (This was the original reason for writing this program)

  15. An ability to turn basic programs into Modules (though if you use AppMod
  16. then you can turn your basic program into an Absolute then use this program
  17. to make it a module).
