  2. procedure is much the same as for Demon except that we don't send
  3. HELLO after connection and we automatically kick SMTP 15 seconds after
  4. you connect. There are still three prompts as below (first letters 
  5. ommitted):

  8.   assword:  (send password)
  9.   rotocol:  (send 'slip' or 'ppp' as required and immediately start up)
