  1. This application is SHAREWARE which means that you may use it for a period
  2. of 30 days and then you must register with the author and pay the registration
  3. fee.  After the 30 day trial period you must either register or destroy all
  4. copies of the Locus package.
  5.  
  6. The Locus package comprises the following:
  7.  
  8. !Locus   :    The application itself.
  9.  
  10. !LocusData:    A repository for user data.
  11.  
  12. !ReadMe  :    This text file.
  13.  
  14. DataFiles:    A directory containing a few CSV files which can be used
  15.         with Locus and are required by the tutorial.
  16.  
  17. Docs     :    A directory containing textfiles for the Locus tutorial.
  18.  
  19. Manuals   :    A directory containing the Locus manual and tutorial
  20.                 in two formats:
  21.             1.  Impression Style
  22.                         2.  Text
  23.  
  24. Reg_Form :    A draw file containing the Registration form.
  25.  
  26. The unregistered package may be distributed to anyone so long as all of these
  27. items are included in their original form and the file 'UserData' is removed
  28. from the application directory.
  29.  
  30. When you register you will be sent the latest version of the application
  31. and a small data file called 'UserData'.  This can be placed in the application
  32. directory of any copy of Locus.  This means that you can get updates from P.D.
  33. libraries, cover discs,  C.D.s, friends or wherever and you can simply transfer
  34. the 'UserData' file into the updated version and that version is now registered
  35. to you.
