  1. Okay guys - it's me again!

  3. Just *another* pre-pre-release version - this time the menu hotkeys work ok
  4. and it doesn't crash ever! Well hopefully it won't, anyway! I've still got
  5. some work to do (slight exaggeration!) - like for example I still haven't
  6. finished the WIMP front-end - although it does somehting now - try ALT-
  7. double-clicking on the !FinalLook icon!

  9. Okay - points to go yet :
  10.  
  11. * Doesn't work with low-res modes properly yet ie mode 22 'cos it assumes
  12.   that in all modes the sprite is 256x256 os-units across
  13.  
  14. * I am toying with the idea of having a new font for hotkeys which has a
  15.   ⇧ character so you can actually read what the hotkey combinations are!
  16.  
  17. * The 'orrible grey blobs in filer windows are still there
  18.  
  19. * Having different styles of fonts in different icons eg title bar, menus
  20.   hasn't been done
  21.  
  22. * Writable icons are still the bain of my life!
  23.  
  24. * Oh and of course the WIMP front-end is pending .... :-)

  26. Please keep an eye on http://www.ex.ac.uk/~bs94spc/TheMoog/index.html - it's
  27. kept fairly up-to-date with new information!

  29. Most of the window textures haven't been included this time to keep the size
  30. of the archive as small as possible. Remember to alter the !Choices file
  31. using !Edit or whatever to use your favourite fonts and textures!
