  25. When using native JPEGs and the image needs to be scaled to fit a given
  26. area, this doesn't work.  I have just noticed that the SWI that DrawFile
  27. is/should be calling is NOT IMPLEMENTED in RISC OS 3.6!!  I am currently
  28. writing a workaround for this, but it will a complete hack I'm afraid.
