  13.         etc... are going to use it, they MUST send
  14.         me a copy of the disk that it's going on.

  17.         send me a cheque for at least £100.

  19.       If Beebug are going to use it to do another
  20.         promotion, they MUST send me a free
  21.         computer.

  23.       If Watford Electronics are going to start a
  24.         PD library, they are NOT ALLOWED to put
  25.         this software on it.

  29. Instructions...
  30.  
  31. Double click !Tacho to install the 'tacky' icon on
  32. the 'tacky' icon-bar. Then click the 'tacky' icon
  33. on the 'tacky' icon-bar. A 'tacky' window will pop
  34. up. The three 'tacky' icons describe how far you've
  35. moved the 'tacky' mouse since you last clicked in
  36. the 'tacky' window, or loaded the 'tacky' program.

  38. And that's it ! Great hey ? Really useful... I
  39. wrote it to test various icon layout arrangements
  40. in a proggy that I was developing. Basically the
  41. less the user has to move the mouse about, the more
  42. optimal the layout is. Well, that's how I see it.

  44. do, please let me know.
