  10. Sprite to HP Starbase graphics library image format bitmap converter.
  11. Produces a sb image with the closest bpp and same palette as the sprite file.

  15. Converts sprites of 1,2,4,8 bpp only.
  16. Only the first sprite in the file is converted.

  20. spr2sb <sprite file> <starbase file> [<progress/error file>]
