  10. Windows 3 and OS2 BMP to sprite format bitmap converter.
  11. Produces a sprite with the same bpp and palette as the BMP file.

  15. Converts BMP images of 1,2,4,8,24 bpp. 
  16. Only uncompressed and 1 bit plane images are supported.

  20. bmp2spr <BMP file> <sprite file> [<progress/error file>]

  22. Files default to stdin and stdout with progress or errors to stderr.
