  5. You can use this 'PhoneDay' application in two ways
  6.  
  7. 1.
  8. With any writable icon containing a phone number.
  9. For example a DataBase field, etc. 
  10.

  12. 2.
  13. If you use Impression Style, Publisher or Plus by
  14. selecting the phone number line in a document.
  15.  
  16.  
  17. But first load the application !Executor onto the Iconbar.
  18.  
  19. Method 1.
  20. Place the caret within the writable icon field that
  21. contains the phone number and press the keyboard combination
  22. '<ALT> Q'. If the phone number needs changing then the current number
  23. in the field will be deleted and the new number inserted and a carriage
  24. return entered. If the number does not need changing then nothing will happen.
  25. Alternatively you can do an '<ALT> SELECT' press to start it.

  27. Method 2.
  28. Load your Impression document and look for any line of text containing
  29. the phone number. Triple click on the line so that the whole line is
  30. highlighted or if you prefer just highlight the whole phone number.

  32. Press <ALT> W and if the number requires changing then the new number
  33. will be instantly substituted!

  36. Resave your file once it has been altered.
