  2.  MPEG-Works

  4.  This is a collection of MPEG tools:

  6.  - !MPEG is a sort of MPEG resources directory. It holds the MPEG
  7.    decoder and various colour tables.
  8.  - !PlayMPEG is a frontend for the MPEG decoder.
  9.  - !MPEG.MPEGdecode either displays the movie or saves the frames in
  10.    either of 7 formats.
  11.  - !MakeMPEG is a frontend for our MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 encoder.
  12.  - ReadMPEG scans a MPEG file and writes out various information.

  15.  The MPEG encoder is based on the works of the MPEG Software
  16.  Simulation Group. The MPEG decoder is based on version 2.0 of the
  17.  Berkeley MPEG-1 decoder.

  22.  These programs are Public Domain, and are provided 'as is'. The authors
