  3. This Program is PD. You may freelly use + spread this program so
  4. long as no files are altered or used in your own programs.
  5. When distributing this !Fontlist, you must supply every file
  6. that is listed as follows:
  7.      !FontList.!Boot
  8.      !FontList.!Help
  9.      !FontList.!Run
  10.      !FontList.!RunImage
  11.      !FontList.!Sprites
  12.      !FontList.!Sprites22
  13.      !FontList.Resources

  21. This Program creates an Impression DDF file (which can be loaded into
  22. a frame) which displays and allows you to print a list of all your
  23. fonts.
  24. On the icon bar, the menu allows you to eliminate the fonts which you
  25. do not wish to include in the document. (PS. a tick means => DON'T
  26. include, {Just to confuse you !!} ).
  27. To CREATE and SAVE the document, CLICK on the icon bar icon with :
  28.      SELECT (left button)  => to create a concise document
  29.      ADJUST (right button) => to create a verbose/expanded
  30.                               document ( 1 page per font )
  31. You may either drag the icon into a directory viewer, or type in the
  32. full filename, or drag directly into a frame.

  36. For the concise (SELECT) document, it is a good idea to alter the
  37. chapter to a 2 column page layout, before loading the file in.

  39. If you, like me, have hundreds of fonts installed using a font
  40. program, then it is advisable that you create several files with
  41. around 30/40(?) fonts each. (This is because not only my program, but
  42. Impression goes crazy when handling+printing so may fonts.

  46. (The above is especially true for the expanded document)

  48. PLEASE do not blame me if your machine hangs, when printing loads of
  49. fonts. You have been warned.
  50. This method of creating a catalogue of fonts is useful, but not perfect
  51.  
  52. (I believe that Acorn User are working on an ideal solution..)
