  16. Introduction
  17. ------------

  19.   This app was written so my dad, the 'Jetsetter' he is,
  20. could upload files from his 'Tandy 200' laptop onto the Arc
  21. & format them in Impression. I decided to write a
  22. 'non-system specific' app cos he was mumbling about Z88s
  23. only a couple days ago....

  25. Main Menu

  28.   The serial option allows the setting (& saving) of serial
  29. parameters. Scroll through the possiblities using the arrow
  30. buttons and click 'Save' if you want to store the options
  31. you have chosen.

  33. Useage
  34. ------

  36.   Click SELECT on the !Download icon will call up a window
  37. called 'Store as:' which has a very similar appearance to a
  38. save dialogue. It also behaves like one! Enter a leaf name
  39. (or path for that matter!) and drag the text icon to the
  40. desired filer window and 'Bing' a window called 'Download
  41. Status' appears. Set up the other machine for transmission,
  42. click 'START' and away we go. The system does not task
  43. while uploading is proceeding because of technical reasons
  44. (ie my lazyness!). Downloading is completed after a 1
  45. second non-transmission from the transmitter so watch out
  46. for clickinf start before you tell the connected system to
  47. 'GO'. That's about it except the dload status window can be
  48. removed by clicking on the !dload icon.
