  4. DVIview 0.94 comes with a slightly upgraded version of !TeXFonts (v2.01). To
  5. save you downloading several megabytes of font information the 'application'
  6. !FontUpgrd will make the necessary changes to v2.00 of !TeXFonts to bring it up
  7. to date. If you have an early version of !TeXFonts then you will have to
  8. download the new !TeXFonts - there have been significant changes to the fonts.

  10. To use !FontUpgrd simply make sure that !TeXFonts has been seen by the filer
  11. and then double-click on !FontUpgrd. You will be warned if your !TeXFonts is
  12. too old to be upgraded otherwise the upgrade will be performed and a message
  13. will appear telling you that it was completed succesfully. If you get any other
  14. sort of error then contact me.

  16. Just a note to the many people who have sent in suggestions that are not
  17. implemented in this release (e.g. Dominic Symes, Dick Alstein, Ulrich
  18. Thiemann). I'm currently planning a substantial re-write of DVIview which
  19. should include most, if not all, of the suggestions that have been made to me.
