  17. 3-Lib is set up as *the* clearing-house for Psion Series 3/3a software, and has been running since January 1993. As at May 1995 it has over 1000 items available.$\R... coo, that's a lot of files ...

  22. Getting hold of Psion shareware and public domain software is no problem if you have a modem, preferably a fast one. However, 90% of Psion owners have no access to one and are thus very limited in what is available to them.

  25. For this reason, 3-Lib was set up, to allow distribution of third-party software on diskette or SSD. Copying charges are kept as low as possible to encourage the growth of the Psion shareware and PD scene.
