  15. The version number has the appendix "(sh)" which the commercial version has not.

  19. You can use ProPoc freely for 10 days, but if you want to continue
  20. using it, you have to register.

  86. Registered users can upgrade to the commercial version by paying the price
  87. difference plus postage (see ORDER.FRM).

  89. The following additional features are supported with the commercial version:
  90.  
  91. - "Save as" function to export project to spreadsheets.
  92.    Spreadsheets are generated in the formats SPR and WKS. SPR is a PSION
  93.    proprietary format while WKS is understood be most spreadsheet programs.
  94.    If you use the cost estimation functions of ProPoc, you may find the
  95.    option "SPR with graphics" interesting. This mode will generate with the
  96.    spreadsheet a series of graphics (one for each project in the file).
  97.    These graphics show the item cost and cumulated costs (milestones and project)
  98.    as stacks.
  99.  
  100. - Cashflow analysis. This opens up a totally new dimension in project control.
  101.   Positive costs or negative costs (earnings) can be assigned to activities.
  102.   A specific function allows to plot an accumulated cost graph over the time axis.
  103.   The graph shows at which time how much money is needed to keep a project
  104.   (or an ensemble of projects) going.
  105.   This function is only available on S3a.
  106.  
  107. - Location control. A specific location can be assigned to a project.
  108.   If a non-global location is specified, resources are not allowed to be
  109.   used on different locations during the same time interval.

  111. - Agenda link. An option allows to use the PSION Agenda instead of Morpheus
  112.   as an alarm handler. ProPoc alarms will be shown in the Agenda, can be edited,
  113.   and will move to other days when projects change.
  114.   This feature comes handy as a "one stop information".
  115.   This function is only available on S3a.

  140. Program Description
  141. -------------------

  143. ProPoc is a project planner.
  144. It can handle multiple projects, activities, milestones, and resources.
  145.  
  146. Activities and milestones can depend on the completion of other
  147. activities. Activities can share resources, even between
  148. different projects.
  149.  
  150. ProPoc determines the StartDate and EndDate of each activity,
  151. the ActualDate of each Milestone, the number of days each
  152. activity is allowed to float, and if a activity or milestone
  153. is critical.

  155. The results are displayed in graphical or table form on screen or
  156. can be printed in ASCII- or WORD-form (tables). The commercial version
  157. allows output to SPREADSHEET and AGENDA, too.

  163. The program runs on PSION S3 and S3a, and Acorn PocketBook I & II

  209. - Reorder indicator: If automatic reorder is switched off, a little indicator (+/-)
  210.   in the top right corner of the screen (bottom right corner in table mode)
  211.   will indicate when a reorder is required.

  213. - Table mode: Milestones are now underlined, critical items are bulleted
  214. - Progress report: In addition to "Open,delayed,closed" the status
  215.   of an activity can be set to 10%,20%,30%,...,90% completion,
  216.   if all prerequisites are closed.
  217.   This will be reflected in the graphical display.
  218.   The project statistics will show the completion value for the whole project.
  219. - Diagram-WordFiles can now be printed in landscape orientation (provided your printer can)
