  22.     Scroller is a utility for scrolling pictures (*.pic files)  around the screen of the Psion 3A. This is very useful when the area of the picture is bigger than that of the screen.
  23.     Load the program under any OPO directory.
  24.     Picture files should be stored in any OPD directory.
  25.     The arrow keys scroll the picture, up, down, left, right. Page Up, Page down, Home and End do the same but in bigger increments.
  26.     Return, returns to the 'select a file' dialog box.
  27.     Escape, or Psion-x,  quits the program.
  28.     Version 1.1 bug fixes ensure a) each picture is closed before another is opened. b) Resets the scroll position to 0,0 for each new picture. and c) allows Psion-x to close the program.
