  9. Welcome to my picture/icon viewer/editor. All the appropriate files are 
  10. included for the Series 3a.  I have also included some example .PIC files 
  11. which I downloaded from various bulletin boards.  Most of these were 
  12. uploaded by anonymous donors, so I offer them my thanks and acknowledgements
  13. for their hard work.

  40. When you first run the program it will generate a DRAW.CFG file in
  41. the \OPD\ directory on your default drive, to keep the defaults.

  43. Installation:
  44.  
  45. 1.    Put the OPA file (DRAWS3A1.APP) into an \APP\ directory, make
  46. a subdirectory called DRAW, ie \APP\DRAW\ and put the .OVL overlay 
  47. files into it (Note that the Help overlay can be left out if you 
  48. not need on-line help).

  50. 3.    Make a new \PICS\ directory on any drive (preferably RAM if 
  51. you intend to edit the pictures, and put the .PIC files
  52. into it.
  53.  
  54. 4.    Install DRAWS3A1.APP as covered in the manual using <Psion-I>. 
  55. Update the system screen if required.
  56.  
  57. 5.    Select any picture to View/Edit.  
  58.  
  59. 6.    Until you register the program, you will have to work through
  60. the 'nag' screens.
  61.  
  62. 7.    Play around with all of the menu commands to see the programs's 
  63. capabilities.  The on-line help is very comprehensive, so you should 
  64. only have to resort to the documentation very occasionally.  To encourage 
  65. registration, I have 'switched oout' the Save function in unregistered 
  66. copies.
