Fixes (2.00c)
=============
Archive
-------
Just a new !RunImage and !Sprite(22) files this time.
This file (Fix200c)
Twilight zone - a nice VT100 animation, for your amusement ;-)
Whats Fixed?
============
Auto wide screen selection now works properly. In fact all auto-mode
switches were missing.
[End of Line] and Editor problems
---------------------------------
Appears I came across one of the undocumented aspects of VT100 emulation
here. It appears that set region code should also set cursor to 0,0,
which it didn't Running your replay seems to show all editor problems
fixed as a consequence of adding cursor to 0,0 in set region routine.
Sprite doesn't exist
--------------------
I think I mentioned what *should* happen in my last email. I checked
this and DragASprite *was* being told which sprite pool to get the wimp
sprite (file_fff) from, even so, I have changed that to tell DragASprite
to find the wimp sprite poll for itself.
This works and worked, fine for me, but not for you or another friend
who is testing this. Hope it works ok now. (BTW I am using Wimp 3.22n,
the limited release, pre-RiscPC developers only wimp, maybe this makes a
difference...?) Just tried the old wimp - it does! - now fixed.
Additions
---------
Have fixed event handling to allow the replay utility to function. To replay a
spool, drag it on the icon bar icon.
To slow down a reply, hold the CTRL key down. (A bit untidy, but have done this
really to aid diagnostic rather than anything else)
Replays are normally run with the cursor invisble. If the CTRL key is held down
when the file is dragged onto the iconbar icon, the cursor will be visible.
Misc
----
BTW, as an emergency measure, if you hold [SHIFT]+[CTRL] down and choose quit
on the iconbar meni, !TCPIP will exit immediately WITHOUT shutting down, thus
leaving the modem on-line.
