  3. The package consists of a uucico-type file
  4. transfer program, mail delivery and user agent
  5. (MDA, MUA) and unpacks incoming news batches. See
  6. the !Help file and the Doc directory inside the
  7. !Rucp application for more information. Real news
  8. support and further improvements will be added
  9. later.

  11. I strongly recommend RTFM, this is no
  12. "plug-and-play" solution. Several files have to be
  13. edited, see !Help.
