  8. This is a useless little diversion to fight your files - a bit like the
  9. Barcode Battler ( © ® ?!?) except is uses your impression documents and draw
  10. files against your letters and spreadsheets!

  14. To use the program load it up, click on the icon on the icon bar and drag
  15. your chosen files onto the icons wher it says "Drag your file(s) here". You
  16. can drag on groups of files if you wish but you cannot use directories or
  17. applications. You may drag on as many different files as you like to each
  18. team and you will be asigned a name. (If you don't like your name then click
  19. with the mouse on it and a new one will be generated.)
  20. Clicking on the toggle icon will reveal two options: "Bias for (left/right)" and "Delete losing file!". These two options do what they say giving bias foreither of the two teams and, if you click on both delete icons, deleting the
  21. file(s) that made up the losing team. 
  22. When you are happy with your teams then click on the "Let battle commence"
  23. icon and watch the battle unfold before your eyes.
  24. With the menu from the main play window you can stop a battle in it's tracks,wipe the stats of your current teams and make the battle run slower - I
  25. figured that if you are lucky enough to have a Risc PC then the battle will
  26. probably run too fast so you can use this option to slow it down.

  30. The future...
  31. This consists of the greyed out icons which you can see using the toggle
  32. icon.
  33. These will introduce:
  34.   i)  A list of insults during the battle
  35.  ii)  Some degree of randomness in the file stats
  36.       and, most difficult...
  37. iii)  Some animation of the battle between the different file icons on the
  38.       screen. (The truth of the matter is that I will probably never get
  39.       around to this!)

  43. Right, now you're at the bottom of this help file and since most PD authors
  44. put a disclaimer here, I figured; why refute convention?
  45.  
  46. 1) Don't change this program in any way without my permission
  47. 2) Don't try to pretend it's good
  48. 3) I won't be responsible for the actions of this program and especially not    for any flids who end up deleting a file they didn't want to!
  49. 4) Don't make anyone pay of this program
  50. 5) Don't use any part of it in your own programs
  51. 6) If you do do 5) then you must be strange and I forgive you. (Especially as   I am particularly susceptible to bribes!)
  52. 7) Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will lead to... nothing   (Unless you're stupid enough to tell everybody about it or my extensive
  53.    network of former KGB spys finds you out. That might be a bit messy so
  54.    watch out.)
