  17. 4NewerLook allows you to improve the look of your desktop. It is
  18. 4compatible with English-language versions of RISC OS 3.1
  19. 4(Archimedes) and RISC OS 3.5 (Risc PC), but requires a hard disc to
  20. 4install onto. If you don’t have a hard disc, or you have an old or
  21. 4non-anglophobe OS, there are things in here of interest to you;
  22. 4however, it is up to you to install them in whatever way is
  23. 4relevant. This is the second generation release of NewerLook, and
  24. 4features a new easy method of installing.
