  7.   !Dumper is an alternative way of *DUMPing a file. Instead of pressing F12
  8.  to leave the desktop, and then typing
  9.     *DUMP $.please.dump.this.file.burried.deep.down.in.my.harddisc
  10.  you simply drag the file to the !Dumper-icon on the iconbar, and a window
  11.  pops up with the dump.

  13.   The nicest thing about !Dumper is that it never uses more than 32k, as the
  14.  data is read from the disc whenever the dump-window needs redrawing.
  15.   The only disadvantage of this is that you cannot alter the file while it is
  16.  being dumped.
